What to include

To help us answer quickly, please include the following depending on what you're writing about:

• Reporting an error (a misspelled word, a mismatched answer key, a printing issue): the full URL of the puzzle page and, if possible, which difficulty level.
• Requesting a new puzzle or topic: the theme you'd like to see and, if relevant, the age group or setting it's for.
• Classroom, care home or community group use: our puzzles are already free to print and photocopy for these uses under our policies — you generally don't need to ask first, but we're happy to answer specific questions.
• Anything beyond personal or educational use (commercial reprints, bulk licensing, press inquiries): please describe the intended use so we can respond properly.
